RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide any justification, in accordance with the terms below.

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders involving the supply of products that have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

RETURN

Following notification of the decision to withdraw, the order must be returned within 14 days. The product you wish to return must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. No product purchased on the website can be returned to a reseller.

The free return service is available for metropolitan France only.

Here are the steps to follow to use the free return service:

• Step 1: Log in to your customer account and submit your request via your order history. We will send you a return label by email as soon as possible. 
• Step 2: Affix the new shipping label to the package you wish to return to us and hand it over to the corresponding delivery service. 
• Step 3: Refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, once the package has been received by us and the product meets the following criteria: intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the transport of the returned product and we reserve the right not to issue a refund. We therefore recommend that you carefully protect the product and send it by registered mail, keeping proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
